The situation of Lithuanian trade unions is not similar to the democratic western countries. For long decades Lithuania had been occupied by Soviet Union; therefore, it does not have the developed traditions and practice of trade unions as compared to Western countries trade unions. Lithuania lacks trust in trade unions; the latter are still identified with the soviet period organizations. There is a lack of scientific research on the structure, membership and efficiency of Lithuanian trade unions.

Co-creation may acquire different forms and generate diverse benefit within the business ecosystem. Despite that it is obvious that in the ecosystem organizations are lacking of specific competencies when wishing to co-create and develop innovations and in so doing generate superior value. Meaning for co-creation to flourish particular initiation and support are needed. Co-creation has a potential to emerge when creating an artefact close interaction between parties is needed.

Diagnostic of defects and vibration identification of rotor systems with variable mass moment of inertia i.e. hammer, chain mills or combined hammer-chain mills of various design (when position of a rotor’s chains during launch for operation, stopping and technological process varies in respect to a shaft‘s axis of rotation) is rather complicated in practice.
Aim of thesis – to analyze dynamics of a rotor system with variable mass moment of inertia and compile a methodology of its diagnostic research.

Participants will be presented with summary of doctoral thesis in informatics. Research explores signal analysis and pattern recognition techniques for detection of laryngeal pathology. Besides non-invasive audio modality, where recordings of phonation ‚a‘ were used, answers to questionnaire were investigated also. Results of canonical correlation analysis indicate that information redundancy between voice and query data is relatively low and both modalities proved to be useful for pathology identification.

Transition metal oxides photoelectrodes, today are the most widely used in the solar energy conversion systems, because they are resistant to corrosion in both alkaline and acidic media. The lack of studies on MoO2 films optical and photoelectrochemical properties encouraged us to electrodeposit MoO2 films and evaluate the possibility of MoO2 film application in photoelectrochemical cells.
